Wow, another 2 pounds. That brings me down 6.6 lbs. Finally woke up without a headache for the first time this whole diet! I wasn't feeling hungry today so I ate my fruit and my protein. My water intake was 124 oz well over what I needed. I am officially on my period so that may effect my weight loss, but hopefully I keep getting the numbers! Pretty consistent so far in losing at least 2 pounds a day and though I know it will slow down, I hope that I keep moving in the right direction!
