Jumping for Joy
I'm down 2.6 lbs and I'm so excited! My fiance even said my stomach is looking smaller last night! Though I don't have much energy, I could jump for joy! For lunch it's a normal day: chicken and onion soup. I am going to the grocery store tonight so I get to switch it up for dinner and have some hamburger meat! When you only eat 3oz of something, the whole package goes a long way. As far as my veggie for tonight, I may just eat a baby dill pickle. For dessert? Some delicious strawberries! I think what helped me lose so much weight, is my water intake yesterday. Water is a powerful thing, people! So today I have my 62oz cup and my straw. Hoping to drink Two full cups (same as yesterday).
